Welcome to Stage My Room. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

• "Room" refers to a defined space, such as a Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Office, Bedroom, or Bathroom.
• "Open Concept Layout" refers to multiple spaces within an open-plan area, each considered a separate "Room" (e.g., an open-plan kitchen/living room).
• "Shopping List Service" is an additional service available exclusively to customers who purchase one of our three design packages.
• "Stage My Room" is the trading name of Let's Improve LTD.

2.1. Interior Design Packages: Our services include various design packages that provide remote interior design solutions. Package details and pricing are available on our website.

2.2. Shopping List Service:

• This optional extra service is available only to customers who have purchased a design package.
• The shopping list service fee advertised on this website is charged per room.
• Prices for this service are published on our website and are subject to change.
• We carefully select items for your shopping list from your preferred online stores. If we find that certain items are more easily available elsewhere, we will let you know. Our priority is always your style, budget, comfort, and the quality of seller/item reviews.

2.3 Project Timing: Once you provide us with photos, videos, and room measurements and complete a basic questionnaire, we typically deliver the design for each room within up to 4 working days. The timeframe largely depends on how quickly we receive your feedback and any requested information.

3.1. Payments:

• For a Single Package, we require a 20% deposit upfront.
• For Duo and Full Packages, we request a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the final report and confirmation that you are satisfied with our service.
• Payments must be transferred to Let's Improve Ltd.'s bank account.
• Stagemyroom.co.uk is a trading company of Let's Improve LTD.

3.2. Refunds:

• We work closely with our customers to ensure they are happy with our service. If, in the rare instance, you are not satisfied with your final design, we are more than happy to collaborate with you to refine it and ensure it meets your expectations.
• Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has begun. However, if you have any concerns, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.

4.1. Any service changes must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
4.2. If you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced, please get in touch with us. Cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.

5.1. All designs, mood boards, shopping lists, and materials provided by Stage My Room remain the intellectual property of Let's Improve LTD.
5.2. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

6.1. Stage My Room provides recommendations and guidance, but the client remains responsible for final purchasing decisions.
6.2. We are not responsible for third-party products, delivery, or quality issues arising from purchases made using our shopping list service.

7.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
